Do you know the feeling of life seeming like a total wasteland where nothing good comes your way?

We all feel that at certain phases of life, and while it's extremely unpleasant, it's also just a phase. At some point it ends, and new opportunities arise.

However, we don't have to wait for them. We can nourish our mind with new ideas and emotional patterns, and one of the best ways of doing it is a visualization.

Scientifically proven

Visualizations are scientifically proven to change the way our mind collaborates with our body. Meaning, that by visualizing, you can change your behavior, and thereby your opportunities in life.

In other words, your body goes where your mind goes, which is why visualization is one of the most important tools in personal development. If you are not practicing it already, get started. It's a complete game changer.

The exercise

In Wasteland Wonder, we are going to focus on how to bring a little seed of something out of your inner wasteland, and to let that seed grow in your mind.

We use the framework of Future Flow because it suits the exercise well. It's a dynamic way of visualizing to get your mind going.

Listen to the follow-along exercise here, and then experiment with developing your own version of it.
