You see, innovation is a very personal thing. It's often done in teams, because it creates a more dynamic process, but in reality such a process is nothing but a compromise between a lot of deeply personal processes.
When we innovate, we invest ourselves, but to deliver on that, we first have to invest in ourselves.
Simply put, before we enter any kind of innovation process outside ourselves, we have to have a pool of innovative energy and thinking inside ourselves.
It's that pool of innovation we draw upon, whenever we innovate a new product, service, or know-how.
