Today, I want to follow up on that by adding a new, and rather uncomfortable, layer to it: Fear.
Confrontation
Fear is not something any of us likes, but it's something we are confronted with every single day. Most of us live our lives the way we do because of fear, and we are not necessarily aware of it. It's just our natural instinct.
The only way to deal with fear, is to confront it, but it can be a pretty fearful experience if you haven't done it before. It takes a lot of courage to confront your fear in one single action, and only few people are able to do it.
