Books
Be inspired by our books.

There is nothing like books to inspire you and make you reflect upon life, and that's why we love both reading, writing, and publishing them.
As a small, independent publisher, we focus entirely on the niche of self-discovery, but within that we take a wide interest in the different variations of it.
Self-discovery books can be many things, and whether it's a memoir, a fantasy novel, or a collection of graphical poems is not important to us, as long as it involves the process of self-discovery.
Instead, we care about the focus and quality of the exploration itself. We like it when a book challenges the boundaries of life as we know it. Simply because we know from experience that it's where self-discovery begins.
Our focus is international, and we primarily operate in English, but we publish a few books in Danish too.

Author: Jacquiline Østergaard
Genre: Graphical art / mental health
Language: English
Publishing year: 2022/2023
Author website: www.graphicalpoet.com
From Pain To Poetry is a collection of graphical poems telling a story about giving rebirth to yourself when life takes you on a different journey than what you planned for. It illustrates how Jacquiline Østergaard was split into atoms after a serious car accident, and how she pieced herself together and arose from the ashes of invisible pain as Graphical Poet.
The art book is used by people all over the world suffering from invisible pain as a visual language to express how they feel, as well as to navigate their mental health on any given day.
It is also used by pain therapists and coaches working with a bio-psycho-social approach. In addition, it has been praised by leading scientific experts within the field of narrative medicine for illustrating the nuances of living with chronic and invisible pain.
Originally, the art book was published as a collector's item in high-quality hard-cover format with a personal dedication by the artist (there are still a few left).
The e-book version comes in three different volumes.

Det Vingede Menneske
Author: Michell Léon Stjernberg
Genre: Memoir
Language: Danish
Publishing year: 2009/2019

Bridging the Future
Author: Michell Léon
Genre: Non-fiction / Self-development
Language: English
Publishing year: 2019
What happens when you combine self-development with the design of symbols? You harness non-linear thinking and have fun while doing it. Bridging the Future is a book about the mindset of tomorrow, where the very thing that defines us as humans, the ability to think and feel, is under threat from emerging technologies. However, if we train our mindset to be non-linear, we stand a better chance of building a bridge to the future, and the power of symbols might just be the tool we need.
